The freeway that connects Aleppo to Damascus is within the grasp of Bashar Al Assad forces. The Syrian Army is within 4 KM’s of the road. Currently their is heavy fighting in the areas surrounding Aleppo. The city has been completely surrounding by the Syrian Army since 12 NOV 15.
