Iran is also in talks with the Islamic State in Syria and has introduced 15,000 man force in Syria.

Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab and African Affairs Hussein Amir Abdollahian broke the news in an interview wit the al-Mayadeen news channel. The plan will outline Iran’s effort to settle the crisis in Syria. The news comes after Iran’s 2014 proposal of a Syrian peace plan, Abdollahian denied claims on the details of the peace plan, saying these will be fleshed out once the plan is formally presented to the U.N. secretary general and after consultations between the Iranian and Syrian governments.”
