Germany warns of possible attacks on public transport in Istanbul

NEC-SE has stated that this fight has no possible outcome that can benefit the PKK or Turkey.  At the end the Kurds will lost out of possible Kurdish unity and Turkey will end up being “marginalized” by its connections to ISIS and the reality that the world has chosen to hand over Shia Iran the keys to the Middle East.  Turkish ties to its Ottoman history will always hunt Turkey until it can reconcile its actions against the Armenians, Assyrians, and Greeks during the first genocide of the 20th century.

“The German Foreign Ministry warned Wednesday about possible attacks on Istanbul’s underground rail network and bus stops in the wake of Turkey’s assault on Kurdish militants in northern Iraq.”

“There could be increased attack activity by the PKK,” the foreign ministry said in a statement on its website, referring to the Kurdistan Workers Party.”
